Initial Call
Service Description
This call is to determine how I could best help you, and understand your situation better, and from there we can decide the best way to proceed. This will take around 30 minutes, but please allow slightly more time in your schedule. The fee for this session covers admin and time for the call, however this amount is then deducted from your next invoice if you book a package with us. Every client is unique, so we cannot provide quotes before this call. All cases are reviewed after the initial call for suitability and availability, and regrettably, we cannot take on every case, but we will always do our best to signpost you to the most suitable resource.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before agreed start time will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before agreed start time will result in full charge payable. Any reschedule made less than 48 hours before agreed start time will incur a 50 pound fee.
